"I had a great experience doing my first Pelofondo with the Summit app. I pledged 31 miles the first time and ended doing 35. It is so much fun to be able to participate in a virtual event like this. I’ve gotten to know more people on the cycling community. Highly recommended!"

"Well, I’ll be back! I didn’t even see anything about this until the end of day #1, but hit 50 miles. Next time it’ll be 100 with some prep! Great job to everyone who set goals & worked towards them. It takes vulnerability & stepping out of your comfort zone to do that! Trying via hustle is what gets us there! #Done&Dusted. #TheWorkoutWillWorkout. #TogetherWeGoFar!!!"

"This was my 2nd Pelofondo and absolutely love the challenge it gives me. Being off the bike for the past few months due to health issues, I set myself a goal to do 100km. Completing 45kms on the first day I was abit worried I wouldn't be able to reach my target. Sunday came around and life got in the way in the morning but after lunch I was determined to get it done. My first ride with Ben saw me past the 1K mark which gave me joy. Then jumped on with Bradley and then Leanne. I was 12km away and about to ride my 550 ride when the Peloton Aussie Riders Sunday swarm ride started we rode with Benny in a low impact ride for this one. With the help from my PAR riders I accomplished my goal passing it by 2.2kms. In total 102.2 this weekend. I'm so glad to be involved in this weekend. Thanks for all you do 😁🇦🇺❤️"

"My very first Pelofondo! I didn’t think I could do it, but I surpassed my goal. Small victories in the valley makes the SUMMIIT experience even more sweet."

"I bought the Peloton bike+ in January this year as was unable to really get my exercise in due to family life and one weekend whilst riding saw the LB light up with the Pelofondo hashtag. What's this? I thought and realised that one of my local friends was covering an epic distance of 150miles. I thought jeez, I'd like to do that but never could! And this got me thinking - maybe I could do it! In March I discovered the Power Zone Pack and rode the Lights, Camera Power Zones challenge which nicely got me to April's Pelofondo - uncertain I could still do it.... I registered last minute and it was a weekend that involved working a grueling 14 hour shift and riding. I could choose any mileage, I set a 100 mile target and rode past it hitting 115 miles. I rode with the NeverKnockedOut team and it's such a supportive team full of laughs and giggles along the way. I fortunately managed to get a medal on back order for this achievement. Having ridden my first Pelofondo and knew that I could get to 115 miles I quickly booked the weekend off work for July and set a 120 mile target - being the overachiever I am, rode to 150 miles. Now the owner of 2 amazing medals, One thing I have learnt is that marathon length distances are doable in a bike that doesn't go anywhere and this is all thanks to Landon and his team at SUMMITT running the Pelofondo events. If I can do these... So can you!!"

"My pelofondo experience was great. The new way the app operates with the new graphics show stats for last ride and culmination of rides is great. Thanks for all the hard work."

"This was a really neat event. I am a newer cyclist, but saw some posts about PeloFondo on the BAB’s Facebook group. My understanding is that the event is for elite cyclists, but the moderators of the group made it sound very accessible for anyone, which I think was a really smart move. I signed up the night before the event and pledged 15 miles, pretty near the bottom end. I ended up doing 35, which I most certainly have never done in 2 days. It was really fun to do group rides and be a part of something. I think marketing this event to more intermediate riders is a smart move. I’ll do the event again in April and will pledge more miles. For most of us casual cyclists, we really have no idea how one goes from doing a 10 mile, 30-minute ride to bring one of those people who ride 150 miles on PeleFondo, so this event is a real nice gateway to open up that possibility to more people."

"Pelofondo weekend is always an amzing experience. It brings together riders from all over the globe in a unified battle. It's always an opportunity to prove to myself there's life in the old girl yet 😆 But seriously it's also inspiring to see fellow pelofondo nuts reach their goals. Thanks Landon"

"Love Pelofondo. My 4th event since getting a Peloton Jan 2023. Such good fun and brilliant to ride with people all over the world. Capstone was a challenge and I pledged 60 miles which was a challenge for me but I made it to 100! So pleased. Thank you Landon and everyone behind the scenes!"

"This is my second Pelofondo and this year, I trained myself to ride 15 miles in 70 minutes, 1 miles every 5 minutes, diving rides to twice a day. Hydration and proper ful are key! I also created my own play list for speed. Hot soaks helped with soreness and muscle fatigue. This year, my plan worked, but requires tweaking, especially for chaffing. The Blackout Team was very encouraging, posting on the FB page always! They rock!"

"These events are always such a fun experience. Summiit has achieved that rare and intangible level as a perfect fit challenge series. Whether it’s Pelofondo with friends, or making new ones on the long Climbs, these events are challenging, ever changing, and a joy to take part in."
